Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor quality control measures to uphold high culinary standards.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
