Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Food & Beverage Manager located in Chennai.

The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, managing staff training, coordinating budgets, and ensuring seamless service operations.

Additional duties involve monitoring inventory, implementing SOPs, and collaborating with management to develop strategies that enhance employee experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Training skills to ensure high-quality guest experiences and staff development
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations
• Proactive leadership, decision-making capabilities, and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in operational and reporting tools within the hospitality sector
