A large part of our operations involves training staff of our client establishments, in order to ensure that they have the adequate soft skills, along with the right skills to provide the highest quality of service.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Training Program Designer, who will be responsible for designing and compiling training material, to create instructional videos. Additionally, the role involves creating a system of KPIs to analyse the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Training Program Design, Instructional Design, and Learning Management skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Leverage of AI is acceptable
