Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Beverage Controller, located in Ahmedabad. The Food Beverage Controller will be responsible for managing cost control, menu costing, and conducting financial analysis. Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing food and beverage costs, implementing cost-effective measures, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with the culinary team to price menu items effectively. This role also involves ensuring accurate accounting and finance practices within the food and beverage operations.
