Job Description As an F&B Controller / Inventory Specialist , you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless backend operations across our retail and cloud kitchens. You'll manage inventory, track wastage, monitor stock levels, and help us control food costs – while working closely with our operations and accounts team. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily and weekly inventory records across all outlets Monitor consumption patterns, identify wastage, and suggest control measures Coordinate stock inward and outward with vendors, production, and stores Maintain accurate and timely entries in Petpooja and Barometer Create and analyse reports for food cost, variance, and inventory efficiency Reconcile physical stock with system stock weekly/monthly Assist in implementing standard operating procedures for stock movement and accountability Collaborate with the accounts team for vendor reconciliation and bills Ensure hygiene of backend stockrooms and compliance with FIFO principles Requirements 2+ years experience in F&B inventory or backend control (QSR, Cloud Kitchen, or Hospitality preferred) Strong hands-on experience with Petpooja Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Excellent coordination and record-keeping skills Good understanding of F&B operations and costing Ability to work independently and keep chaos in check (bonus if you love dessert)

Job Description: Fast Food WorkerPosition SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and reliable Fast Food Worker to join our outlet team. The role involves assisting customers at the pick-up counter, preparing and packing orders for delivery platforms (Zomato/Swiggy), and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the kiosk/outlet. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Provide product information and suggest add-ons/upgrades where relevant. Ensure a pleasant, brand-aligned experience for every customer. Order Management: Prepare, assemble, and pack food items according to brand standards. Double-check order accuracy before dispatch. Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage stock, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth supply of materials to our kitchen and outlets. This role is crucial for minimizing wastage, avoiding stock-outs, and supporting the operations and accounts team with timely reports. Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management Receive, verify, and record incoming stock (raw materials, packaging, consumables). Issue materials to kitchen/outlet staff against approved requests. Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, FIFO system). Update daily stock registers/software with inflow & outflow. 2. Stock Control & Reporting Track minimum stock (par levels) and raise purchase requisitions on time. Conduct weekly & monthly physical stock counts; reconcile with records. Highlight variances, damages, or pilferage to the F&B Controller. Generate stock reports for the operations/accounts team. 3. Vendor Coordination Coordinate with vendors & logistics for timely deliveries. Cross-check invoices with received goods and report discrepancies. 4. Compliance & Hygiene Ensure all stock is stored in compliance with FSSAI & company SOPs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area. Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Graduate in Supply Chain/Store Management preferred. 2–4 years’ experience as a Store Keeper (F&B/QSR/hotel industry preferred). Strong knowledge of FIFO, batch coding, and basic inventory practices. Proficiency in Excel / inventory software (Petpooja, Zoho Inventory, etc.). Attention to detail, honesty, and accountability.
