Food & Beverage Supervisor

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬


  • Supervise and lead the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain excellent guest service standards and resolve guest queries promptly
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service and order accuracy
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock management and requisition
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in operational and administrative tasks
  • Handle daily briefings, allocate duties, and ensure staff grooming standards


𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬


  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality/F&B industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in guest service and team supervision
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Knowledge of POS systems and order-taking technology
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
