What You’ll Do:

Supervise daily café and retail operations to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
Lead and motivate the service team to deliver warm, guest-focused hospitality
Work with the kitchen team to execute seasonal and specialty menus
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in F&B operations, preferably in premium café or restaurant setups
Strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene protocols
