Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, located at our resort in Palakkad . The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food service staff, monitoring food inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen and service teams to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities &

• Oversee day-to-day F&B service operations across the property
• Lead and mentor the service team to maintain service quality and SOPs
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in dining areas
• Assist with event dining and special dietary service needs
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
• Maintain inventory and assist in cost control measures
• Proficiency in food service and customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
