Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Guest Relation Executive located in Palakkad. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, supporting sales initiatives, and communicating effectively with guests. The role involves greeting and assisting guests during their stay, addressing their needs and inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Salary + PF+ ESI+ Accommodation and food will be provided

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• 2 Years of experience required
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Sales support skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
