2. Responsible for the complete outbound/Inbound/Referral sales cycle inclusive (Lead generation, client enrolment, client info documentation, & Payment Recovery).
3. Responsible for answering the queries of clients via calls. Provide speedy resolution by coordinating with other departments.
4. Responsible for handling a team consisting of verification, support, collection, coordination & CRM Tele calling team.
5. Supervising & ensuring that the company working, reporting & business related protocol is adhered to by your team members.
6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
