Guest Relation Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a courteous, well-spoken, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our Casino team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, handling guest queries, and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and politely
• Provide information about casino games, promotions, events, and facilities
• Coordinate with Floor Operations, Marketing, Security, and F&B teams to ensure smooth guest service
• Maintain accurate guest records and feedback
• Ensure compliance with casino policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines
• Assist VIP guests and support loyalty programs when required
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism at all times

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality / Casino industry
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Presentable personality with customer-centric attitude
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
