Job Summary:

Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests, customers, channel partners, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage front desk operations, including visitor entry, appointment coordination, and inquiries
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, CRM, Site Teams) to ensure smooth guest handling
Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols
Assist in scheduling site visits, meetings, and customer appointments
Provide accurate information about Casagrand projects and direct guests appropriately
Ensure the reception and guest areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when required
Support administrative tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline
12 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Customer Service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Presentable with a professional attitude
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
