Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive at Au Revoir Resorts, located in Kochi. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and executing sales activities. Daily tasks include processing bookings, responding to guest inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of Experience Required
• Excellent Communication skills and Customer Satisfaction management
• Experience with Reservations and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and execution
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
