Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palakkad for a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage department. The Guest Service Associate will handle daily guest interactions, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Duties include taking reservations, answering guest inquiries, providing personalized service, and communicating effectively with kitchen and service staff to meet guests' dietary preferences and needs.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve guests in a timely manner
• Understand and explain Ayurvedic and sattvic food menus
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service delivery
• Assist in setting up dining spaces for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Provide attentive service during wellness events and private dining
• Handle guest feedback politely and effectively
• Ensure all F&B standards are met as per resort guidelines
• Work closely with supervisors to enhance guest satisfaction
