Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage professional to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
