Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, based in Balianta. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, supervising staff, training employees, planning menus, and maintaining inventory. The manager will also be responsible for budget management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
