Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, based in Balianta. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, supervising staff, training employees, planning menus, and maintaining inventory. The manager will also be responsible for budget management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management Proven Customer Service skills Experience in Training staff and developing training programs Skills in Budgeting and cost management Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
