Job Description: The F&B Captain will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The role involves managing service staff, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff during shifts. Ensure timely and professional service to guests. Handle guest complaints and feedback courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area. Train and guide service staff in F&B standards and protocols. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth order flow. Monitor table settings, presentation, and overall ambiance. Check stock levels of service equipment and report shortages. Maintain records of daily operations and sales reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Customer-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
