3+ YearsWe are seeking a skilled

Flutter Developer

with a strong foundation in

Java backend development

and

web technologies

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of building high-performance mobile applications, integrating them with backend systems, and contributing to full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot preferred).
Work on front-end web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js preferred).
Integrate third-party APIs and services, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization for performance and scalability.
Ensure responsiveness, security, and performance of applications across platforms.

Required Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart for Android and iOS.
2+ years of backend development experience using Java / Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms.
Strong front-end skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Cloud Messaging.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Nice To Have

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with GraphQL or WebSocket communication.
Understanding of app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
