Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, and displays for various events and functions.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality flowers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in floristry to continuously improve skills.
Manage inventory and stock levels of flowers, plants, and related materials.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets company requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a florist or in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and their uses in decorating and arranging spaces.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with event planning and coordination principles is desirable.
