Florist

As a Florist at D2R Wedding Company, you will be responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements for weddings, events, and décor installations. You will work closely with designers, production executives, and the creative director to bring event themes and floral concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, stage décor, mandap flowers, and thematic arrangements
• Cut, condition, and prepare flowers to ensure freshness and quality
• Assist in designing event-specific floral concepts based on mood boards and design briefs
• Work on-site for event setups, installing floral décor elements as per the plan
• Maintain inventory of flowers, floral foam, wires, tapes, and floral accessories
• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of flowers in cold rooms or designated areas
• Assist the production team in assembling floral structures, backdrops, and stage elements
• Coordinate with the procurement team regarding flower requirements and stock
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral preparation area
• Ensure timely delivery of floral work as per event schedules
• Support the team with creative ideas to enhance floral styling and décor trends

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a florist or in floral décor preferred
• Good understanding of flowers, colors, textures, and current décor trends
• Ability to work creatively under pressure
• Physically fit and able to work long hours during peak events
• Knowledge of floral tools and arrangement techniques
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to travel for outstation events
• Basic communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
