Floor Manager

A Floor Manager in an eye care hospital is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and supervising staff on the floor. Key duties include managing patient flow from arrival to discharge, coordinating with clinical and support staff, handling patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to maintain a high standard of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Experience:
• Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience from entry to discharge.
• Guide and assist patients throughout their hospital visit.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Staff and Operational Management:
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of floor staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and support staff.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• Train and mentor staff, and assist in the hiring process.
• Implement hospital policies and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Compliance and Administration:
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate records of daily patient visits, appointments, and other floor activities.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies for smooth operations.
• Emergency and Quality Control:
• Respond effectively to any medical or operational emergencies on the floor.
• Address and resolve issues related to patient care or staff performance.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and patient safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,850.27 - ₹30,990.42 per month
