Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable and energetic Floor Supervisor Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day and night-to-night operations of our event space. You will be the go-to person on the floor, ensuring our team delivers excellent guest experiences while keeping operations running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Venue Operations Management:
• Supervise all on-ground activities during events, including setup, breakdown, and crowd management.
• Coordinate with sound engineers, lighting crew, security, housekeeping, bar/kitchen staff, and artists to ensure event flow.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and ambiance of the venue throughout the night.
• Team Coordination:
• Supervise floor staff and assign duties based on event requirements.
• Ensure all staff are briefed before events and debriefed after.
• Handle minor conflicts among staff or guests professionally.
• Guest Experience:
• Act as the face of the venue on the floor—welcoming guests, handling queries, and resolving complaints swiftly.
• Ensure VIPs, artists, and collaborators receive proper hospitality.
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for diverse audiences.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Monitor crowd behavior and collaborate with security to handle issues such as over-crowding, safety breaches, or emergencies.
• Ensure fire exits, security protocols, and alcohol service policies are always adhered to.
• Report incidents and keep logs as required.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Work closely with event managers and booking coordinators to understand show requirements.
• Maintain daily shift reports and inventory logs related to the floor.
• Flag operational or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality/event space supervision or floor management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Passion for music, nightlife, and community-based events is a big plus.
• Comfortable working evening and late-night shifts.
• Basic understanding of sound/lights/event setups preferred (training can be provided).
• Familiarity with crowd control, safety protocols, and POS systems is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
