We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Manager to support the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational efficiency in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations and management.
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and security protocols.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Support in planning promotional activities and in-store events.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in retail sales , preferably jewellery, luxury goods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of jewellery products, hallmarking, and current trends (preferred).
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
