Floor Manager

You are a hands-on and practical Manufacturing Unit Manager joining the export manufacturing team. Your responsibilities include supervising the labor force, overseeing production operations, ensuring products meet quality standards and scheduled timelines, and optimizing resource use. Your key responsibilities are: - Supervision and Guidance: Lead and guide the labor team, monitor their work, offer support, and resolve issues. - Production Management & making reports on Excel: Oversee manufacturing processes to meet quality standards. - Resource Management: Efficiently utilize resources to optimize production output and minimize waste. - Quality Control: Conduct regular product checks and address quality concerns promptly. - Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide guidance to enhance laborers" skills. - Communication: Act as a bridge between labor team and higher management, effectively communicating updates. - Problem Solving: Troubleshoot production issues and find practical solutions to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 5 years of on-field work experience in any manufacturing company. - Age up to 40 years with a go-getting attitude. - Candidate's home should be within 10 km from the factory. The job type is full-time with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off. The schedule is a day shift with additional bonuses offered, including performance bonus and yearly bonus.
