Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations at our facility. The role involves managing staff, ensuring production discipline, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating closely with operations and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor activities including production, packing, and dispatch readiness.
• Manage and guide floor staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are strictly followed.
• Monitor attendance, shift timings, and task allocation of floor workers.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order flow and timely dispatch.
• Report issues related to manpower, quality, or equipment to management.
• Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of products.
• Assist in training new floor staff on processes and quality standards.
• Maintain basic daily reports related to output, wastage, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (food production/packing preferred).
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to manage workers and handle floor-level challenges.
• Good communication skills (Malayalam required; English/Hindi is an advantage).
• Physically fit and willing to be on the production floor throughout the day.
• Responsible, disciplined, and solution-oriented.

• Elathur, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Floor care: 1 year (Preferred)
