Floor Manager

As a Manufacturing Unit Manager in our export manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include supervising the labor force, overseeing production operations, and maintaining quality standards. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, basic English and computer knowledge, and a practical approach to handling day-to-day tasks effectively. Your primary duties will involve leading and guiding the labor team to ensure seamless production processes. You will monitor their work, provide necessary support, and address any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring products are manufactured according to quality standards and within scheduled timelines. Proficiency in making reports on Excel is required for this role. Resource management is another key aspect of your job, where you will optimize the use of resources such as raw materials, machinery, and labor to maximize production output and minimize waste. Quality control is essential, and you will conduct regular checks on manufactured products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Moreover, you will identify training needs for laborers and provide guidance to enhance their skills and productivity. Effective communication is vital in this role as you will act as a bridge between the labor team and higher management. You will be responsible for sharing production updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth coordination between different levels of the organization. Problem-solving skills are also crucial to troubleshoot production issues and implement practical solutions to keep the manufacturing process running efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience in on-field work in any manufacturing company. Additionally, the candidate should be below 40 years of age and possess a proactive attitude. Living within a 10 km radius from the factory is a requirement for this role.
