Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee floor management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in retail management or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
Strong skills in floor management, jewelry retail management, showroom management, store keeping, store planning, store supervision.
Excellent team leadership abilities with experience handling teams effectively.
