Floor Manager

Job Title: Floor Manager Location: Delhi Company: Harold Electricals Job Summary: Harold Electricals is seeking an experienced and proactive Floor Manager to oversee our factory operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in factory shop floor management, production planning, and a solid background in the lighting décor industry. The role involves managing stock of fancy lights, order coordination, and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations on the factory shop floor. Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate stock records for fancy lights and other lighting décor items. Handle order procurement and coordinate with various departments to fulfill requirements. Provide efficient after-sales solutions and support to customers. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency. Collaborate with the dispatch/logistics team for smooth and timely deliveries. Report daily performance and updates to the management. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in floor management and production planning. Prior experience in the lighting décor industry is essential. Strong leadership, coordination, and team-handling skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
