Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

• Lead and supervise the floor team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

2. Debt Collection Strategy

• Oversee implementation of collection strategies across portfolios.
• Monitor daily/weekly reports and take corrective actions where required.
• Improve recovery efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

3. Performance Monitoring

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
• Define KPIs and track team productivity and effectiveness.
• Identify performance gaps and support improvement plans.

4. Customer Interaction

• Handle customer escalations, disputes, and high-priority cases.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining business objectives.

5. Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with

  RBI guidelines

  , internal processes, and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

6. Operational Efficiency

• Optimize call center operations and workflow processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure system tools, dialers, and CRM modules function smoothly.

7. Reporting

• Generate and present performance reports to management.
• Highlight trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in collections, customer service, or call-center operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling compliance-driven processes (RBI/banking) is a plus.
