The Jewellery Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom floor, ensuring smooth customer service, maintaining staff performance, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff on the showroom floor. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints effectively. Monitor product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement and visual merchandising. Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct among staff. Prepare daily sales reports and update management on performance. Train and motivate team members to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail/jewellery showroom management. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good knowledge of jewellery products and customer preferences. Ability to handle high-value transactions responsibly.
