Fleet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of field executives/drivers handling customer vehicle pick-up and drop.
  
• Allocate daily tasks and schedules, ensuring timely execution.
  
• Track vehicle movement, ensuring safety and efficiency during transit.
  
• Monitor service quality and customer experience, resolving on-ground issues quickly.
  
• Coordinate with garages and the central operations team for smooth workflow.
  
• Maintain MIS reports, attendance, and daily operational records.
  
• Train and guide field executives on process compliance and customer interaction.
  
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or last-mile delivery supervision.
  
• Prior experience in managing driver/field executive teams is highly preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Knowledge of fleet management tools, GPS tracking, and basic MIS reporting.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  
• Flexibility to handle operations across multiple shifts/locations if required.

• Candidates will work from the respective location of corporate offices and not from garages.
• Should be a graduate
• Should be fluent (decent enough) in English and Hindi (for Mumbai & Gurgaon) locations. If you come across any South Indian regions, that language.
• Should be good at Vlookup (XLSheet)
• Tracking vehicles (movement, when it is picked up, where it is picked up, is it on track to deliver to the customer OR the garage)
• Handle customer escalations
• Maintain TAT

• 5 days working, but rotational shifts with 2 comp off days.
• 2 possible shift timings - 9 am - 6 pm OR 10 pm - 7 am, which can keep changing every 15 days.
