Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external workshops for vehicle repairs.
Ensure adherence to service schedules and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
Track daily repair counts and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage both in-house and external vendors for smooth operations.
Lead and manage a small maintenance team.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of Google Sheets and data tracking.
Hands-on experience in operations or vehicle maintenance preferred.
Good communication and team management skills.
Must be proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
