Fleet Maintenance Manager

Position : Fleet Maintenance Manager Location : Kolkata Experience : Minimum 4 Years Immediate Joiner Responsibilities Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for fleet Ensure vehicle compliance (fitness, permits, insurance, PUC, etc.) Handle on-road emergencies , repair coordination, and vendor management Monitor fuel usage, spare parts inventory , and maintenance cost Lead a team of mechanics and workshop staff Maintain all fleet records and reporting systems Focus on reducing vehicle downtime and improving reliability Qualifications 4+ years in fleet/workshop maintenance.
