Fleet Executive

S Infinite is looking for candidates with minimum 1-2 years experience in Fleet Management for Vasai Location.

Salary - Minimum Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- Gross Per month

Job Timing- 9 hours duty- 10 am- 7 pm ( 6 days working)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all company-owned or leased vehicles.
• Plan and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure vehicles comply with government regulations (RTO, permits, insurance, pollution certificates, etc.).
• Keep accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, servicing, and fuel usage.
• Monitor and control fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
• Track and schedule vehicle dispatches, routes, and driver assignments.
• Supervise and evaluate drivers; ensure adherence to safety policies and driving regulations.
• Implement and monitor GPS tracking systems and telematics for vehicle efficiency and security.
• Handle accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies, and coordinate roadside assistance when required.
• Prepare reports on fleet performance, mileage, fuel consumption, costs, and overall fleet efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors for vehicle procurement, insurance renewals, repairs, and spare parts.
