We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fixed Income Dealer to join our product team. This hybrid role combines execution of fixed income trades and interdepartmental coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate trade execution, efficient information flow, and timely generation of performance and regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixed Income Dealing:

• Execute trades in fixed income instruments such as government bonds,

corporate bonds, NCD and money market instruments.

• Monitor fixed income markets for opportunities and risks.

• Ensure compliance with investment guidelines, risk limits, and regulatory

requirements during trade execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with market counterparties and brokers to obtain

best pricing and execution.

• Act as a liaison between the dealing desk, operations, risk, compliance, and

finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end trade lifecycle.

• Coordinate daily and periodic investment meetings, trade approvals, and followups.

• Ensure timely documentation and trade settlements in coordination with the

middle and back office.

MIS Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal stakeholders,

including investment performance, P&L, and liquidity positions.

• Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements related to Fixed Income

investment activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA degree or Equivalent 2–5 years of experience in fixed income dealing, MIS reporting, or treasury

operations.

• Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, markets, and regulatory

requirements.

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters, and treasury

management systems.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
