4. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing observations, findings, and corrective/preventive action recommendations.
  • Maintain records in accordance with EHS audit protocols, statutory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Present findings to senior management and recommend actionable improvements.

5. Training and Awareness:

  • Conduct training sessions or toolbox talks for staff on fire safety, EHS regulations, and best practices.
  • Support awareness initiatives to promote a strong safety culture across operations.

6. Coordination and Follow-up:

  • Liaise with fire system vendors, EHS coordinators, site safety officers, and facility management teams to address audit findings.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support sites in preparing for statutory inspections and third-party assessments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, or Environmental) or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS or fire safety audits in manufacturing or high-risk industries.
