Financial Reporting Manager

As a Financial Reporting Manager at Fundvice, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial reporting function and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Coordinating and reviewing financial information for audits, liaising with external auditors, and addressing queries. - Providing strategic insights to senior management based on financial analysis and performance metrics. - Staying updated on accounting standards and reporting requirements to ensure regulatory compliance. - Mentoring and coaching team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. - Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. - Collaborating with internal teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting. - Developing and maintaining efficient financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred; or MBA in Finance. - Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing roles. - In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/Ind AS) and regulatory requirements. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Proven leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.,
