1. Junior Financial Reporting Role Position: Executive Financial Reporting Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports. 2. Support project cost tracking, fixed asset capitalization & depreciation accounting. 3. Perform reconciliations, variance analysis & assist during audits. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely & accurate reporting. Behavioural Attributes 1. Functional Skills Solid knowledge of accounting principles & reporting standards. Exposure to project accounting & fixed assets. Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Lead preparation & review of financial statements & management reports. 2. Manage project financial reporting, fixed assets accounting & impairment reviews. 3. Ensure compliance with IND-AS / IFRS & internal controls. 4. Review reconciliations, variance analysis & support audits. 5. Partner with business teams on budgets, utilization & cost monitoring. 6.
