Company Law Executive

As a Company Law Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in company secretarial, legal compliance, and contract drafting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and legal documentation. Your expertise in corporate laws, regulatory filings, and contract management will be essential for the smooth functioning of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in company secretarial compliance by handling regulatory filings such as ROC and MCA. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, agreements, and legal documents. It will be your duty to ensure strict adherence to corporate laws such as the Companies Act, SEBI, and FEMA while preparing and maintaining board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers. Furthermore, you will be required to conduct legal research, assist in risk assessment, and establish effective communication with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and external consultants. Your strong knowledge of Company Law, Contract Law, and Corporate Governance will be invaluable in carrying out these responsibilities. Proficiency in contract drafting and legal documentation, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, will enable you to excel in this role.
