To execute statutory compliances with respect to Company Law and other Corporate Laws, on behalf of our clients, including filing of forms with the MCA Portal (V3), preparation of annual returns, XBRL returns, resolutions, minutes, registers etc. Help the seniors in preparation of various regulatory applications for registration with SEBI, IRDA and RBI.
