Job Title: Financial Reporting Associate

Reports To: Finance Manager / Financial Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Associate with 2–3 years of experience in financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate will hold an ACCA or CA qualification (or be a finalist) and possess strong knowledge of IFRS. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Assist in the consolidation of group financial reports (if applicable).
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial periods.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
• Analyze financial data and provide variance analysis and commentary.
• Maintain proper documentation and working papers supporting financial reports.
• Implement improvements in reporting processes and internal controls.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in IFRS and other relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACCA/CA qualified or finalist.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Prior experience in working with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in working with multinational companies or Big 4 firms.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
