Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern / Trainee with an academic background in MBA (Marketing) and 0–6 months of experience, ideally in consulting or market research. This is a growth-oriented role that offers exposure to strategic business functions, lead generation, proposal development, and market intelligence gathering for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the BD team in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities
• Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends, industries, and competitors
• Support in drafting concept notes, pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
• Update and manage CRM, client databases, and BD trackers
• Coordinate outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Work closely with consulting and marketing teams for aligned business strategies
• Monitor relevant tenders, RFPs, and partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Marketing or related field (recent graduate or pursuing final semester)
• 0–6 months of relevant experience in a consulting, research, or BD role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Research orientation with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, databases, and CRM tools is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
