About the Internship

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn the dynamics of IT services sales, market research, and client engagement. You will gain hands-on experience in identifying leads, creating outreach strategies, and collaborating with teams to drive business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new leads and business opportunities
• Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and client communication
• Support outreach efforts through emails, LinkedIn, and calls
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional strategies
• Prepare reports and summaries to track progress of business development activities

Candidate Profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and detail-oriented with good research abilities
• Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools
• Eager to learn about IT services, sales processes, and client engagement
• Prior experience or internships in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Internship Details

• Duration:

  3 months (extendable based on performance)

• Stipend:

  ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month + Incentives (performance-based)

• Start Date:

  Immediately
