Job Title: Financial Reporting AnalystLocation: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract – 1 Year Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Experience: 1 to 3 YearsJob Summary:We are hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst on a 1-year contract for our Hyderabad location (Hybrid model). The role involves creating and managing performance reports, automating reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights to business finance leaders.Key Responsibilities:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for geographies, business areas, and offerings.Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting and decision-making.Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and visualization tools.Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.Support ad-hoc data requests and prepare financial analysis reports.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with CA geography onboarding.Work on report automation and process improvements.Keep up with internal business processes and models.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance.1–3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or business analysis.Strong skills in MS Excel (intermediate/advanced) and PowerPoint.Familiarity with tools like Power BI and Tableau.Knowledge of finance KPIs and business metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Experience in automation, UAT, or onboarding processes is a plus.share your updated cv to chandu.t@mlopssol.com Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹334,902.36 - ₹1,409,132.38 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: UK shift Work Location: In person
