Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

As an FP&A Analytics & Digitization Solutions Sustain Advisor, your role will involve understanding the bounds of FBT FP&A Analytics and Digitization Product Sustain Teams duties relative to other stakeholders, particularly Technology. You will work closely with the Digital Product Sustain Lead to resolve conflicts regarding the finance and economic modeling tool supporting the Oil & Gas business. Key Responsibilities: - Provide business and technical support to users as a subject matter expert in process and data flows. This includes defect resolution, process training, and other necessary support tasks. - Lead the Anansi Sustain team in executing business and technical support for the solution. - Collaborate with the wider team to meet Service Level Agreements and support models, with a focus on deadlines for month-end and semi-annual processes. - Establish and oversee the prioritization of product support activity with the Digital Product Sustain Lead. - Act as an escalation point for unresolved concerns or issues from user senior leader teams. - Resolve product-specific support-related questions from FP&A Product Team personnel. - Identify opportunities for process improvement within FBT and FP&A, based on experience and learnings. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of finance and economic modeling solutions. - Strong analytical skills to identify issues in solutions with data flows. - General understanding of product management concepts, technical development life cycles, and business implications. - Deep process expertise with a track record of process standardization and improvement. - Competent in using process mapping software. - Understanding of change management principles and experience in applying them. - Experience in project management delivery techniques including Waterfall and Agile. - Finance background with knowledge of end-to-end financial processes. Educational Qualifications: - Business/Finance Degree level or equivalent. Preferred Education/Certifications: - Change Management accreditation. - Finance professional qualification (CA, ACA). Experience: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry. Additional Details: - Preferred experience in using Python, issue resolution, and influencing peer and senior stakeholder management. - Significant impact working with finance teams, technology, and stakeholder management at all levels. - Ability to problem solve, build alignment, and deal with ambiguity. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.,
