🧾 Key Responsibilities

Major Focus Areas:

Cost | Revenue | P&L | Forecasting | Variance Analysis | Month-End Closing | Power BI

• Strong understanding of

  Accounting Principles

  and

  US GAAP

  , specifically related to revenue and cost accounting.
• Perform

  month-end close activities

  , including accruals and revenue/expense reclassifications.
• Prepare

  detailed financial reports

  and

  graphical dashboards

  to support leadership insights and decisions.
• Collaborate with

  regional stakeholders

  to analyze key changes and required adjustments.
• Support Business Partners and Profitability teams by reviewing cost and revenue trends and identifying spend variances against plan.
• Deliver

  weekly and monthly financial reporting

  for senior management.
• Provide

  accurate financial forecasts

  based on business trends and accounting principles.
• Identify and implement

  process improvements

  within the FP&A function.
• Utilize tools such as

  MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

  , and other analytical software for enhanced financial analysis.

📚 Experience & Skills Required

• 5–8 years

  of experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, or related functions.
• Experience in a

  corporate finance environment

  is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with

  financial and statistical software

  .

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

  (complex formulas, dashboards, automation).
• Ability to create and present

  comprehensive financial reports and charts

  .

• Power BI

  experience is a strong plus.

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.

• MBA / Advanced Degree

  in Finance preferred.
• Professional certifications such as

  CA, CPA, CFA

  , or equivalent are an added advantage.
