Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain accurate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
Provide expert advice on financial planning best practices to senior management.

Job Requirements :

7-13 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) role within the FMCG industry.
Strong background in financial budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data sets to inform business decisions.
