Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

In this role at NIIT, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and providing support for business strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning and managing the P&L analysis (revenue, cost, profitability) and presenting insights for leadership. - Leading and monitoring the budgeting process for all P&L items, including revenue and costs. - Handling revenue accounting accruals and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. - Overseeing intercompany and related party transactions with proper controls. - Providing financial guidance to teams across geographies and supporting business heads with data-driven decision-making. - Ensuring compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements. - Working on automation initiatives and leveraging Gen AI tools for efficiency in day-to-day operations. - Developing and delivering impactful MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. - Collaborating with stakeholders and confidently engaging with senior leadership on financial insights.
