Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, you will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies, creating financial models, analyzing financial performance, providing decision support for business units, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. You will work closely with the senior management team, utilizing your strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and understanding of the competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Create and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives - Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management - Provide financial analysis and decision support for various business units, including Dupont analysis, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure evaluations - Conduct research and analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, gaps in product offering, and potential threats to the business - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership Qualifications: - MBA/CA in business, finance, or a related field - At least 8-9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and business acumen - Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
