Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and strategizing the financial performance of the organization to enable informed decision-making. Working closely with departments like finance, accounting, and operations, you will provide valuable insights into the company's financial well-being, actively contributing to business expansion and development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in formulating and consolidating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and contribute to long-term strategic planning. - Collaborate with department and business heads to compile financial forecasts for different business units. - Develop and analyze various scenarios and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of market conditions and strategic initiatives on financial performance. - Oversee the creation of comprehensive financial analyses, including variance assessments against budgets, forecasts, and historical data. - Provide insightful analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial trends, and business drivers to identify opportunities and risks. - Condense complex financial data into actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights for critical business decisions such as investments, mergers, acquisitions, and product launches. - Assess financial implications of proposed initiatives and projects in coordination with cross-functional teams. - Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, initiate discussions with stakeholders, and present MIS findings to senior management. - Develop the quarterly compensation board deck for presentation at Board and investor meetings. **Qualification Required:** - A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - An advanced degree such as an MBA or a professional qualification like CFA would be preferred. - Proficiency in financial software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and advanced Excel skills. - Familiarity with the specific industry of operation can be beneficial. - Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and emerging technologies impacting financial analysis and planning. - Fair understanding of business operations and expected deliveries. - Strong analytical and proven negotiation skills.,
